The sooner a plan is started, the more options are available to the client. For example, life insurance frequently is an important component of a good plan, and policies are cheaper at a younger age. Starting relatively early in life usually means there is less financial information to organize, and updating becomes a lifelong habit. Moreover, clearly stating health care wishes and appointing a person to direct them are important at every age because accidents happen. A misleading title

This says it is a step-by-step plan, but the book repeats over and over that you need to hire an attorney and a financial planner and that if you don't the government is going to take all of your estate in taxes. The title also makes it sound like it is personalized for Virginia, it is not. Just a few paragraphs here and there inserted to let you know where you stand in Virginia. But this book gives the impression that there are 49 other copies of it and the author just ran a find/replace in Word. Also, the editing is horrible. I am a do it your self type of person and tells you on every page to hire an attorney.
