Philippa Kelly is the author of three books on King Lear, two co-authored books on the subject of early modern individuality, and many articles about Shakespeare and the early modern world. She currently lives in Berkeley, California, and works as resident dramaturg for the California Shakespeare Theater, also teaching part-time for the Osher Foundation at UC Berkeley. Liam E. Semler teaches early modern literature in the Department of English, University of Sydney, and is author of The English Mannerist Poets and the Visual Arts (1998) and editor of critical (2001) and facsimile (2003) editions of Eliza's Babes; Or, The Virgin's Offering (1652).

About the Author
John Downey is Reader in Comparative Media at Loughborough University, UK. He has written widely on new media, the public sphere, and comparative media and in n 2007 he was named as one of the fifty leading communication scholars in Europe by Communication Director magazine. Sabina Mihelj is Lecturer in Media, Communication and Culture at Loughborough University. Her research focuses on issues of collective identity and mass communication, comparative media research and the cultural and social history of Cold War media.

I ordered the kindle edition only to find MANY pages left blank. I am in chapter one and there are at least 5 pages missing. Can't find a place to officially complain - please resolve. Reading this book for a course.
